Maktek grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store terms.
Some features require a premium subscription or one-time purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You retain full ownership of all data you create within our apps. We do not claim any rights to your content. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
Our apps are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for quality and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use our apps at your own discretion.
Maktek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through app updates.
