At Maktek, privacy isn't a feature — it's the foundation. We build apps that respect your data and your trust. This policy explains how we handle information across all Maktek apps.

Data Collection

We collect as little data as possible. Our apps are designed to work without requiring personal information. Specifically:

• We do not collect personal information
• We do not track your behavior or usage patterns
• We do not sell, share, or monetize your data
• We do not use third-party analytics or advertising

On-Device Processing

All data processing happens locally on your device. For apps like Swipi, photo analysis is performed entirely on-device — your photos never leave your phone. For SpendWise, your financial data is stored locally and optionally synced via encrypted iCloud.

iCloud Sync

If you choose to enable iCloud sync in SpendWise, your data is stored in your private iCloud container. This data is encrypted by Apple and only accessible from your own devices. Maktek cannot read or access this data.

Third-Party Services

Our apps use Apple's StoreKit for in-app purchases. This is processed entirely by Apple. We do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or ad networks.
